Controller and collection
GEAMY LLC (US), goktug@geamygroup.com, collects information electronically through forms, Apple/Google login, uploads, messages, preferences and server requests. This notice is not a consent form.
Purposes and grounds
Necessary account and requested sharing, messaging, profile and list operations relate directly to forming or performing the service contract (Article 5/2-c). This does not automatically cover unnecessary purposes. Mandatory legal records fall under 5/2-ç; records necessary to establish, exercise or protect a right under 5/2-e. Age declarations determine eligibility and are restricted. Security is not permission for unlimited surveillance. Optional behavioural measurement/personalisation uses separate choices; where consent applies it may be withdrawn. Notice, terms acceptance and marketing permission are distinct.
Recipients and international processing
Supabase supplies account/database and Cloudflare web/media infrastructure. Apple/Google process provider login. Recipients include your selected audience, authorised moderators and competent authorities where legally required. The US operator and infrastructure outside Türkiye involve processing abroad. /privacy describes categories and functions.
Retention and requests
Active data support the relevant service; deletion records remain during cleanup. Request the grounds and scope of separate security, backup and legal-preservation records. Article 11 rights include information on processing/purposes/recipients, correction, applicable erasure/destruction and recipient notification, objections to automated analysis and compensation. Contact goktug@geamygroup.com with minimum information to identify your account, never passwords/codes. Statutory complaint rights remain.
